Peter practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, estate and gift taxation and valuations, Internal Revenue Service audits, domicile planning, charitable foundation planning, business entities, and real estate.

He received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, magna cum laude, in 1997.

Peter was a partner with Simses & Associates for more than twenty-three years. As of January 2024, he has changed his status from partner to of counsel.

Peter is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, East Coast Estate Planning Council, and the Florida Bar Association.
