Peter has been affiliated with Simses & Associates since its inception in 2001, as a partner and now of counsel.

He practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, estate and gift taxation and valuations, Internal Revenue Service audits, domicile planning, charitable foundation planning, business entities, and real estate.

Peter received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, magna cum laude, in 1997.

Peter is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, East Coast Estate Planning Council, and the Florida Bar Association.
